Gingnam Style

Pardon the pun, I just couldn’t help myself. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂All jokes aside though, something that’s taken the highstreet by storm at the moment is gingham, at first I wasn’t so sure but I can now confirm that I am a fan. I’ve collated a list of my fave gingham garms, enjoy!

Frills frills and more frills

Another thing that’s in at the moment are frills, they’re everywhere and this colab between the two, a frilled gingham midi skirt is perfect, bang on trend. It can be worn casually during the day like the model is wearing or at night for a more dressy look. The skirt is from pull and bear and only £25.99 so a right bargain.

More frilly favourites; this super cute little crop top from missguided is perfect for summer (which is getting closer peopleee🤞🏼) it could also be paired with a black pencil skirt with some plain black heels for a sleek night time look.

Back to basics

Everyone needs some tshirts in their wardrobe, just throw on when they can’t find something to wear and this funky take on a basic tshirt is perfect for just that. It’s from bershka and under £20, go get ittttt!

Two’s company

Another one for the season ahead of us is this gorgeous matching set from Asos. Would look so cool at a festival with biker boots, suede fringe black jacket and a cute little fedora, I just love it 😩

If you’re willing to go all out I would definitely opt for this matching top and skirt from Zara, £29.99 for the set and looks amazing on 😍

Shirts and giggles

Last but not least is this adorable bell sleeved shirt from Zara, so versatile can be worn for work/college, out for meals or nights out or just during the day, a staple! 🦋🦋🦋🦋

Hope you enjoyed the read!

Line of duty

One of the latest trends at the moment is sporty stripes; on jumpers, trousers, shoes, you name it, there’s a stripe on it.

Top hits

If you hadn’t already gathered the colour red and I have a special relationship, I tend to gravitate towards it when shopping and this was no exception. This zip up sweatshirt from Pull and Bear is the epitome of the sport luxe look, I adore it.

Something else that has recently caught me eye is this unbelievable oversized sweatshirt from Zara. The added stripe of baby pink fur makes me love it even more 💕💕💕💕

Bottom half

My favourite of the whole craze would be the striped trouser, there are many different types to suit all different body shapes, from loose fitting palazzo trousers to figure hugging cigarette pants.

Obsessed over the whole monochrome theme of this Pull and Bear outfit. The matching jacket brings a sporty, casual tracksuit vibe to a simple yet stylish look and it would be super comfy – bonusssssssss🤤

(Both from Asos) a pop of colour through the stripe, paired with a basic white tee and funky little trainers is a cute little outfit for out and about during the day.

A night time alternative, still supporting the sporty spice look would be a wider fitting jogger with a sexy split paired with a cropped top and some strappy heels. Both pairs of trousers are from Missguided so they’re super affordable and definitely worth the £££££.

If you’re feeling extra daring you could try something like this ensemble from Asos by pairing stripe on stripe 😍😍😍

Head to toe

Stripes can be as subtle as this simple strip of red on these leather plimsoles from Zara, I love these because they’re classic, they can be worn with practically anything and can be worn casually or for a more smart occasion also.

They may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I am a huge fan of these platform brogues and bluchers, they’re a fun take on a smart and formal shoe – the brogue, here a few of my faves.

Hope you enjoyed the read, happy shoppingggg! 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻
